• If the water pressure is too low or too high, follow these steps:

1.While the machine is on, use the cleaning key to start a cleaning session. Activate the fresh water function, turn off the showerhead, and check the digital pressure gauge inside the cabinet.
If the pressure is below 40 PSI, the main water supply is insufficient—contact a plumber.
If the pressure is above 40 PSI, adjust the pressure regulator to stabilize it at 40 PSI.
If the pressure is around 40 PSI, proceed to the next step.

    2. Turn on the showerhead and check the digital pressure gauge again:
If the pressure drops below 12 PSI, the water filter is clogged—clean each filter in the supply line.
If the pressure is between 12-40 PSI, continue troubleshooting.

    3. Turn off the fresh water function and remove the showerhead. Hold it up to the light to check if more than 30% of the nozzles are blocked. If so, replace the showerhead.

  • If the water is too hot or too cold, follow these steps:

    1. Start a cleaning session using the cleaning key, activate the fresh water function, and adjust the thermostat inside the cabinet while measuring the showerhead water temperature. Set it to approximately 32°C.
If you cannot stabilize the temperature, continue troubleshooting.

    2. Turn off the showerhead and rotate the temperature valve to the coldest and hottest positions. Check the digital pressure gauge at both extremes:
If the reading is below 30 PSI at either position, the main hot/cold water supply is insufficient—contact a plumber or check for a heater issue.
          Otherwise, continue troubleshooting.

    3. Rotate the temperature valve to the coldest and hottest positions while turning on the showerhead. Check the digital pressure gauge:
If the pressure drops below 10 PSI, the corresponding hot or cold water supply filter is clogged—clean the upstream filters of the temperature valve.

  • If a specific shampoo or soap function stops working, follow these steps:

    1. Check the web management portal for low liquid alerts. If an alert is present, refill the corresponding liquid. Otherwise, continue troubleshooting.

    2. Open the cabinet and inspect the liquid level in the container. Ensure the liquid is above the pump filter.
If the liquid is too low or the filter is incorrectly positioned, refill the liquid and adjust the filter.
          Otherwise, continue troubleshooting.

    3. Check the actual pump speed against the recommended value in the maintenance manual. If it's too low, adjust it accordingly.

    4. Inspect the upper section of the pump tubing for trapped air. If the tubing is not fully filled with liquid, follow the air purge procedure in the maintenance manual.

  • If payments fail frequently or consistently, follow these steps:

    1. Check the web management portal to see if the machine is offline.
If offline, troubleshoot the network connection and attempt to start a cleaning session using the cleaning key.
If the cleaning session fails, there may be a system error—contact Pawow support for remote troubleshooting.
          Otherwise, continue troubleshooting.

    2. Log in to the Nayax management portal and check the cellular signal strength:
If the signal is below 20, contact Nayax support to switch carriers.

          Otherwise, continue troubleshooting.

    3. If Nayax displays an unavailable or error status, contact Nayax support for further diagnosis.

  • If the drainage system is clogged, follow these steps:

    1. Check and clean the three-tier filter for accumulated pet hair.

    2. Start a cleaning session with the cleaning key, activate the fresh water function, and visually inspect the drainage flow.

If drainage is still poor after cleaning the filters, contact a plumber to check the main drain line.

If drainage issues occur frequently, follow these steps:

    1. Inspect all three filter stages for deformation, which may allow excessive hair to bypass the primary filters and clog the lower levels.
If deformation is detected, contact Pawow support to replace the filters.
